The hotel is fabulous..the staff were so friendly..and we flew ninto Linate..the Metro is a couple of stops and takes you right outside the door...the easiest transfer ever. The hotel is in a delightful neighbourhood close to all tourist attractions yet not overrun by tourists. It's perfect.

Breakfast is buffet style. The overall impression was just right: warm and friendly support without too much attention. Owner contacted via WhatsUp and this was very good. The colourful rooms at Mamma Ciccia are decorated with simple, light furniture. Offering cable TV and air conditioning, they have private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Perhaps the most surprising hotel of our trip. In a good way! Super helpful staff, advised, told where and what to see and to get. The room we got was also super, extremely cozy and especially comfortable beds! I just had absolutely no comments, when I had questions, everything was solved immediately. Breakfast was also good. In short, we will definitely come back again with the whole family, and for others who are looking to feel the true spirit of Italy and enjoy Lake Como in peace, this is a perfect place! p.s.
