Having traveled from Japan to Italy, I found its level of hygiene to be on par with the high standards of Japanese hotels. The housekeeping was also very prompt and flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs. Secondly, the reception was outstanding. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The main entrance has an electronic lock at night, and even when we returned late, there was always a lobby manager on duty to open the door for us. This was crucial for our peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings out. However, what we were most pleased with during our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a rich variety of fresh food that showcases the local flavors of Italy and Brindisi. The fruit was always fresh and of high quality, and a selection of yogurt, nuts, and various beverages was also available. In the dining area, all staff members were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were particularly satisfied with and grateful for the service provided by Viviana. She is enthusiastic and full of energy; she also provided us and other guests with valuable information about major local events, which was incredibly helpful. I hope to see her again on our next visit.

Located in the Trulli district in Alberobello, Trulli-eu Guesthouse Alberobello has rooms and apartments with wrought-iron beds, air conditioning and exposed stone walls. Was really happy with ease to be right beside the main trulli area

The location, room, breakfast and communication with staff are great. I delayed our hotel arrival around 21:00. The check in was till 20:00. However the staff allowed me to do self check in.

Best hotel by far on our road trip around Italy. Staff was super friendly, spoke very good english. Breakfest was the best we had: mozzarella, ricotta and fresh fruits. Also you get to pet the super cute dog during your stay. Parking was easy, right infront of the hotel.

The hotel has been reburbished to a very high standard and offers lovely light and airy rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioning and lovely modern bathrooms. Everything is kept very well and the standard for cleanliness to high. Breakfast is a buffet selection which is very varied - fruit/pastries etc. We had a hire car and there was limited parking outside the hotel which the team managed very well. The location is very quiet.
