Overlooking the Dolomites and Piazza Walther, Bolzano's main square, Hotel Greif, a Member of Design Hotels is a design hotel set in a historical building. It offers a free gym and stylish rooms with free WiFi and wooden floors. Room was well appointed and had a good working desk and light. The shower area was larger than usual and the glass screen actually kept all the water in the bath. Skylight window electrically operated worked well and allowed some fresh air into the room even when raining. Breakfast was excellent with the service outstanding with specialized eggs cooked, freshly squeezed juice and hot well-brewed coffee. A great selection of fruits, yoghurt and breads/cakes. Great location for old city area.

Steindl's Boutique Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Vipiteno and 200 metres from the cable car to the Monte Cavallo ski area. It features a sauna and a sun terrace.

Restaurants and shops are within 100 metres of Boutique Hotel Steindl's, located in front of the Verona - Munich cycling route. Bressanone is 32 km from the property, and Brennero is 17 km away. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. Everything is impeccably clean, and the staff is extremely friendly.

It was very warm, and fine with the windows open. The ski bus stops almost outside but otherwise it’s a short walk. The staff are lovely and the room is cleaned regularly. Nice views from most of the apartments.

Guests can also enjoy an indoor and outdoor pool. WiFi is free throughout the property. The family apartment was large and well stocked. We were able to cook meals easily. The hotel was clean, modern, had adequate parking, and was in a great location with beautiful views and a short walk to the center. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were a nice luxury after skiing.
