Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. The first thing he did was take a lot pictures for me before asking me to check in. He was a very professional photographer, he took from a lot of angles and backgrounds. The food and service were very exceptional. The onsen pass was also included but the best one was from the ryokan itself. You can have the cave onsen all to yourself without reservation.

The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. the oldest ryokan in arima onsen that’s very well preserved & kept clean, with friendly & hospitable staff. located about 10 mins (slightly uphill) walk from station (they offer pickup from station) & next to the arima street with many small shops & cafes. they provide yukata & socks which are comfortable to wear. there is indoor pool & outdoor kinsen, the unique golden hot spring. oh, and not forgetting lovely delicious dinner & breakfast too. there is also a reading place on 4th floor with popup story books, a must see corner!

The facilities in the hotel were also wonderful and everything very enjoyable and comfortable in our room. The location is also great, close to so many stores to shop at, eat and walk around.
