I was able to spend 2 nights in the beautiful accommodation and can only recommend it with all my heart! The staff are very accommodating and warm with great attention to detail. The breakfast was incredible and there were great food and activity recommendations from the hosts that you could take advantage of. I also had a great Ayurveda treatment, which was the cherry on top of the stay - it was really great and I felt very comfortable at all times. You can tell that the hosts care a lot about the safety and well-being of their guests - a really great experience and a really great team. The location gave you great opportunities to see the wildlife around the accommodation and recharge your batteries - the perfect getaway spot.

Loved everything! The hotel is really charming and cute. The room was clean and looks like on the pictures. The staff was super kind and helped organizing a driver to get to the next location and gave me some great tips. The location is absolutely perfect, you reach everything in a few minutes walking and you can see the sunset from next to the hotel.

Das Sergent House befindet sich neben dem Strand Unawatuna in einer Boutique-Villa mit kolonialer Architektur und ursprünglichem Flair. Sehr nettes Personal, Hotel war sehr sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Pool und Frühstück waren traumhaft. Essen war im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants ziemlich günstig und lecker. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sogar noch ein Tag verlangert :)

Sri Lanka architektonisches Meisterwerk Dunes Unawatuna Hotel ist ein umweltfreundliches Boutique-Hotel in der Nähe des schönen Unawatuna Strand (100 Meter / 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön in 2ter Reihe zur Straße gelegen und somit ist vom Trubel nichts zu bemerken. Wir hatten ein Delux Erdgeschoss Zimmer das sehr groß und Sauber war. Dusche ist mit einer Scheibe abgetrennt und somit wird nicht alles überflutet. Frühstücken kann man direkt mit Blick in den schön angelegten Garten wo man auch mal von einem Pfau überrascht wir. Es war lecker aber etwas teurer.

Durch geräumige, klimatisierte Zimmer mit Meerblick, kostenfreiem WLAN und hohen Decken besticht das Hotel Roman Beach am Strand von Hikkaduwa. We had a wonderful stay at Roman Beach Hotel. The service was exceptional and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was another highlight — delicious, with large portions that really exceeded expectations. The hotel wasn’t crowded, which made the atmosphere very relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It does show a bit of age, but nothing that affects comfort. We also had a jacuzzi in the room, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly — we were able to stream Netflix and YouTube without any lag. There was no TV in the room, possibly removed for repairs. Also, since we were on the top floor, the water pressure was a bit low. The location is right on the beachfront, but the beach itself is almost non-existent as the sea comes very close to the property. However, Narigama Beach is just a short 30-meter walk away and is much better for a beach experience. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Exceptional value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Nice little boutique hotel tucked at the far end of Hikkaduwa beach, away from the hustle and bustle from the main part. Despite this, the hotel is surrounded by great little restaurants (not to mention its own restaurant). We had a very relaxing time thanks to the great service and chilled out atmosphere. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time on the beach.
