Das Haus ist entzückend. Die Zimmer sind äußerst liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Veranda - dort bekamen wir das Frühstück serviert - ist auch wunderbar. Das Personal oder waren es die Besitzer, das weiß ich nicht mehr, sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die beiden Damen. Die Betten und das Frühstück sind auch perfekt. Gute Matratzen. Das Small House ist definitiv empfehlenswert und Galle und Sri Lanka sowieso.

The Galle Fort Hotel began life as an 18th Century Dutch villa and along the way has taken many guises from RAF barracks, post office, bakery, lapidary and in the recent past a pitch for the Fort’s... Great location, very beautifully done and renovated. Very unique room with 10mt high ceilings. Attentive staff, serene and peaceful ambiance and great value for money. What else would you ask ?

It is the perfect location in the old town of Galle. I was surprised by the spacious room, its comfort, and all the amenities. the staff is very hospitable as everywhere in Sri Lanka. The building itself is fascinating, and you can feel it by the ambience and wooden stairs and floors, very well renovated and looks quite esthetic. If stay in Galle again I'd stop over at the Fort Printers - and google the history of the building and the Fort :)

The views from the property were absolutely amazing! We could just hang out by the pool in the morning and watch the peacock and monkeys fool around which was a blast. The room was perfect with high ceilings, an abundance of natural sunlight (can shade if you want), and as clean as can be. The host and staff couldn’t have been more kind! They helped arrange rides, provided local dining options, activities to consider…pretty much you name it! The breakfast spread we had in the morning was, without question, the best we had during our trip! We couldn’t have been happier with the little time we were able to have there & we owe it all to the amazing people running it!!! ☺️

Sri Lanka architektonisches Meisterwerk Dunes Unawatuna Hotel ist ein umweltfreundliches Boutique-Hotel in der Nähe des schönen Unawatuna Strand (100 Meter / 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). All!! The hotel is in the middle of the town, just 100m away from the beach but without the inconvenience of being in a busy place. It is closed within a private yard full of trees with lots of animals popping around like monkeys, chipmunks and birds which makes you feel like being in nature. The hotel is very sustainable, gel and shampoo and filtered water in reusable containers. Breakfast was outstanding and the bedroom was big and still super cozy.
