What an amazing experience. This hotel is a feast for all the senses. I especially have to mention Jayanthi who did our tea tasting and mini tea factory tour. She was such a wealth of information.
Shamnu the chef was amazing. He arranged a veritable feast of vegan food for us, including vegan desserts, and vegan masala tea. Kesawan, our server was also extremely attentive and helpful.
Definitely worth a visit. This is such a well-maintained and special hotel.
