The view was great. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is very good. The hotel has the steep walk way but there is shuttle service for guest to go down the hill. Shuttle is available always. I really like the hotel and looking forward to go again.

This place is the spot to book!! The hammocks with the view are insane. The staff makes this entire place - they are kind, tireless and aiming to please the guests. The chef is amazing and their sandwiches perfect after a hike. You can do an easy walk on the railway to the waterfalls from the hotel. There are stairs entering that are steep just FYI but the entire hotel is perfect with yoga in the mornings as well. Just book it, you won’t regret it!

The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking, one of the highlights of my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also had lunch at the hotel, and really enjoyed the food. I had read some reviews mentioning issues with the Wi-Fi, but during my stay, it worked perfectly fine. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ella.

Rooms overlook the surrounding mountains and Ella Rock. Each room is equipped with a private balcony with lounge chairs. Shower facilities are in the en suite bathroom. The rooms are beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The place is within a short walking distance from the town center and has beautiful views on the surrounding mountains. The staff was beyond helpful and the food delicious. The owner was so kind as to recommend us a short hike offering stunning views off the beaten trail. He provided us with all necessary instructions. Wet had a wonderful stay. P.S.: We loved the welcome pancakes.
