The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, starting from Felix, the manager, as well as the breakfast staff and the night guard, who prepared an excellent breakfast for me before opening times.

Very clean - the place is thoroughly cleaned everyday - and the breakfast is very good. Isabelle has a sense of hospitality that is "hors catégorie". I am a solo traveler, and Isabelle and Abdelkader really took care of me; it felt like a sanctuary. Isabelle gives great recommendations on where to eat. One day Isabelle took me to the market to buy some fish, chose a restaurant for me where they grilled the fish and even showed me how to eat sardines the Moroccan way. Do visit the hammam, Isabelle makes reservations. My only regret is that I did it the last day of my stay, otherwise I would have definitely done it again.
