We toured Morocco for 7 days so far and this was the most beautiful one we stayed at Facilities incredibly beautiful and clean. The staff makes you feel welcome and makes your visit feel private and special. Their terrace is top for relaxing/taking pictures. Breakfast buffet but super fresh and they make you an omelette on request. You eat your breakfast in the pool area which is so nice. Room comfortable, very clean and modern, amazing shower. Located just outside of the Medina but they can help you get your luggage there (be sure to coordinate this ahead of time as it's an 8 min walk from the parking). Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Staff were excellent. They arranged a English speaking guide for me and guide was excellent as well. For first time travelers staying in the Medina, get a guide for half a day. They show you all main parts of the Medina without getting lost, getting lost is part of the experience but to get most out your time. This isn't about Dar Attajalli itself but the experience of staying in the Medina. Due the Median having very narrow streets, cars can't drive to the Riad directly. Taxi takes you as close as possible to the Riad, from there a Porter in a buggy with take you and your luggage to the Riad. Since I had just arrived in Morocco, I didn't have small change, the staff paid the Porter and upon leaving when I tried to pay back, the staff didn't accept the fee for the Porter. Stayed Dec 14 - Dec 17, 2023.

Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. We love the traditional decor, the comfortable room, and the amazing views from the rooftop patio. Our host was kind and gracious. He picked us up from our parking lot, found a guide for us, gave us tips on how to walk through the medina, and negotiate with the shop keepers, and served us a delicious dinner and breakfast. The riad is clean, comfortable, warm, and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend it!

Located in the Fes Medina, just a 2 minutes from Quaraouiyine Mosque, Riad Kettani’s 3 flowered rooftop terraces overlook the mountains and Medina. A continental breakfast is prepared every morning and can be enjoyed on the terrace. The staff was so kind and made sure to always set a table for us for both dinner and breakfast. They even packed a small to go breakfast bag when we went to the airport at 4:30am which we were very grateful for. Rooms were quiet and opulent.

My brother and I had a wonderful stay here - this was my first time in Morocco and my first stay at a riad, and it did not disappoint! As soon as I walked in I couldn’t believe how beautiful it was - so opulent and absolutely stunning! 🌟
Many thanks to Noor, who arranged our transportation from the train station - such a huge help, as we never would have found the riad in the medina on our own! Noor was so welcoming, greeting us with biscuits and a lovely mint tea while we checked in.
I absolutely loved my room - so comfortable and full of Moroccan charm. Breakfast on the rooftop was so delicious, and we also enjoyed a glass of wine up there one evening while watching the sunset. ✨
The location was excellent for exploring the medina, and there were helpful signs everywhere guiding us back to the riad.
I was so impressed with our two-night stay that I would love to stay again when I return to Fes, and actually a friend already wants to book after seeing my photos! I will always recommend this riad for friends travelling to Morocco.
Many, many thanks to Noor and all the wonderful and friendly staff at Riad Rcif & Spa Originale for making our stay so very comfortable and memorable. And....another thank you to Noor for the little goodbye gift, that was perfect and such a thoughtful touch 🙏😊

Unique, quirky design, lovely food and staff, accommodating all of our needs.
Interior design, roof top, atmosphere, breakfast table setting
Absolutely stunning property. Every detail of the restoration of this Dar was so beautiful. We loved the experience of staying in such a magical place in the heart of the medina. Each room with Kate’s designer eye choosing the perfect textiles and furniture to compliment the space. Amazing rooftop views. Our food was some of the best we had in Morocco and the staff were very hospitable and accommodating to our requests and needs. One of my favorite places to stay in Morocco for a step back in time.
Meryem was incredible. She went above and beyond to take care of all our needs ( organizing tours, help out with accommodations ) she was outrageously friendly and welcoming . The riad itself is gorgeous with great design and Architecture . The room is very clean bed is very comfortable . Breakfast was fabulous . The entire place is a piece of art . This was probably the best experience I have ever during my stay in Morocco
Stunning interior design, great surroundings, and really helpful host. It was great to have such a comfortable stay just a few steps away from some of the most historically significant landmarks in Morocco.
I loved the breakfast, the interior design of the rooms, the lovely hosts.
This riad has the most stunning interior design I've seen. The atmoshphere is really nice and cozy especially at night. Staff was amazing - from the cleaning staff to the guys at reception. Very welcoming and helpful. Especially Karim who went out of his way to help me not get lost in Fes' crazy medina. I felt super comfortable here and wish I could've stayed longer
