PLEASE speak to them before buying anything in particular to avoid painful rip offs which might spoil your trip. they went out of their way to help us and I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting Fes

Dar Bensouda’s rooms combine the traditional architecture of the original palace with modern comforts. The rooms and suites are arranged around the fountain courtyard. They are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. The suites have a bathtub and sitting room. I have no words to define this property! What an amazing place! Me and my partner went to tour Fes just one day and the rest we enjoyed inside the Riad. Everything about this property is phenomenal.

Extras include free toiletries and a hair dryer. Everything! It was beautiful. The staff were so kind and attentive. It was a peaceful oasis to come home to after wandering the labyrinth of the Medina, and it was very easy to get to- only a couple of moments away from the Blue Gate.

Excursions in the area and transfers can be organised, with an additional cost. Omar the owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay. He helped us navigate our way through the medina and made sure to give suggestions of costs to prevent us from being overcharged. He also offered us our choice of rooms when we first got there. breakfast was excellent and large portions. would definitely recommend staying here.

In the historical part of Fes, Riad Braya features an indoor swimming pool in the patio, a seating area, a courtyard with Italian marble and Moroccan zellige tiles. It has a terrace with mountain views. Everything was clean, the rooms were big and comfy and very helpful staff

Set in the Medina of Fès, just a 1-minute walk from the Batha Museum, Dar Al Madina Al Kadima offers guestrooms in a riad. Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the rooftop terrace and relax in the Moroccan lounge. Staff was always happy to help, nice reception, an the room was very cozy.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Staff were excellent. They arranged a English speaking guide for me and guide was excellent as well. For first time travelers staying in the Medina, get a guide for half a day. They show you all main parts of the Medina without getting lost, getting lost is part of the experience but to get most out your time. This isn't about Dar Attajalli itself but the experience of staying in the Medina. Due the Median having very narrow streets, cars can't drive to the Riad directly. Taxi takes you as close as possible to the Riad, from there a Porter in a buggy with take you and your luggage to the Riad. Since I had just arrived in Morocco, I didn't have small change, the staff paid the Porter and upon leaving when I tried to pay back, the staff didn't accept the fee for the Porter. Dar Faracha Fes is set a 2-minute walk from the Medina of Fes and offers a rooftop terrace with a view of the city. It is traditionally designed and guests are free to relax on the patio or in the lounge. We love the traditional decor, the comfortable room, and the amazing views from the rooftop patio. Our host was kind and gracious. He picked us up from our parking lot, found a guide for us, gave us tips on how to walk through the medina, and negotiate with the shop keepers, and served us a delicious dinner and breakfast. The riad is clean, comfortable, warm, and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend it!

Located in Fès Old Medina, Riad Rcif features traditional Moroccan décor, a hammam and a patio with a fountain. It is just an 8-minute walk from the ancient school, Bou Inania Madrasa.

All rooms offer views of the patio or medina, a seating area and TV. The en suite bathrooms feature colourful zellij and tadellakt tiles and a separate bath. Ayman, Hassan and Saleem are very hospitable and kind. You will receive full support from them while staying. Will definitely come again to them when staying in Fes.
