I am a frequent traveller and visit Marrakesh around twice a year. I have never enjoyed every single side of my accommodation in Marrakesh like I did in Princess Palace. The room was like being in the thousand and one night, the service makes you feel like you are a princess really. With no exagération the price per night was way lower then what would any traveller expect from such a magical place. The location was a surprise to me and my daughter, all attractions were literally around the corner. The extra mile is what customer service should be but the staff in this Riad exceed that extra mile. They really make you feel home. Way way beyond my expectations. Big thank you to the Manager and all the staff from reception to chefs to room service in this gorgeous place with no exception 🙏 , which will be my home in Marrakesh from now on!

Everything, really. Wonderful place, an oasis just two minutes walk from the Marrakech center. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing, but the things that made our stay unforgettable were the welcoming atmosphere and the incredible service of all the staff. We felt like at home! We spent 4 nights at Riad Houma. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but not too far a walk to the centre. The room was beautiful, the breakfast delicious and and the staff were outstanding. The customer service experience was 5 star. Mourad was the most attentive professional I’ve ever come across in the service industry, he was so friendly and helpful with suggestions. Thank you Mourad and staff at Riad Houma, you truly made our stay incredible. If we are back in Marrakesh we would definitely come back to stay.
