They knew roughly when to expect us because the second we arrived someone came to let us in and show us our room and explain everything. As long as you look at a map this place was pretty easy to find as it’s on a main road. Walked from the ferry and it took maybe 5 min. Bed is SO comfy. The kitchenette was so useful, we used the fridge to keep leftovers and the microwave to warm it up later. The air con was perfect. Loved the soap and shampoo. They offer towels, umbrellas and chairs for the beach though we didn’t use it. The location really is perfect. We didn’t hear party noise at all at night but we’re just down the street from all the bars/restaurants/market. We got a great vibe from the place. We decided to dive with Squalo Divers and they are literally 1 min down the street so that ended up being even more convenient!! The location is fantastic! Close to the main strip and the main beach. Very quiet at night too. The massage was excellent and golf car hire - definitely recommend! Staff were all lovey and very helpful.

Diese abgeschiedene Pension liegt außerhalb des Dorfes Tulum, nur eine kurze Taxifahrt vom Strand entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist von tropischen Gärten umgeben. Really welcoming and friendly people. A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

The support staff are amazingly attentive; and the place in immaculate condition because of their efforts. The beach is beautiful and Suenos' cabanas give guests wonderful location to relax on the beach. We were there for full week and had a different excellent breakfast each day. Had lunch couple of times, and it was very good as well. The location has a great variety of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance.
