Our one-night stay at Cameron Highlands Resort was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped in, we were transported to a different era — the entire property exudes an old-English charm, like something out of the early 90s. Warm, cozy, and full of character, the ambience was absolutely pitch-perfect for a mountain retreat. The staff were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A simple but thoughtful gesture really stood out — we had brought strawberries from a nearby farm, and they kindly washed and beautifully presented them for us without us even asking. That’s the kind of personalized service that makes a stay truly memorable. The common areas of the resort are equally impressive — from a charming grand hall with a fireplace to large koi ponds filled with majestic fish. It all adds to the resort’s serene and sophisticated atmosphere. Breakfast was served à la carte and every bite was divine. You could tell great care went into the flavors and presentation — it felt more like a fine-dining experience than a typical hotel breakfast. If there’s one thing I regret, it’s that we couldn’t stay longer. I genuinely wish I had at least one more night to soak it all in, but we had a flight to catch. Still, this brief escape will stay with us for a long time. Highly, highly recommended — whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat into the hills, Cameron Highlands Resort delivers an experience that is both nostalgic and luxurious.

Das The Lakehouse, ein bezaubernder Ferienhof, der vom englischen Denkmalschutz inspiriert wurde, begrüßt Sie mit Holzbalkendecken und Himmelbetten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Check-In gab es Erfrischungsgetränke und heisse Gesichtstücher, um sich zu erfrischen. Nachmittags Tea & Scones konnte im Kaminzimmer genossen werden. Das Restaurant bietet verschiedene Gerichte an. Zum Dinner haben wir uns für das Steamboat entschieden (ab 2 Personen, reservieren). Typisch britisches Frühstück.
