We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind and incredibly helpful—especially the person who greeted us each time we entered through the front door, and Bilal, who took care of the 4th floor. We felt at home. I traveled with my parents and my aunt, and we had a lot of luggage; the team helped us so much with that. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the gym and the rooftop area. Another five-star aspect was the location—easy to reach, with lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to KL.

Every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the afternoon tea in the Orchid Conservatory was magical, and breakfast at Contango was always a highlight. Everything was done with grace and attention to detail. This wasn’t just a hotel stay—it was an experience. One I’ll carry with me long after check-out.
