A bit far away from the busiest part but worth the walk and the peace. We had a motorbike so it was the perfect spot.

It houses an outdoor pool and provides complimentary Wi-Fi access and private parking spaces. Very efficient and clean. The best part were the staff, extremely helpful and go out of their way. My wife told them it was my birthday and the entire staff gathered round my room for a surprise happy birthday. Really nice! Also the location is excellent, just 5 mins by car to Cenang beach or 15 minutes walk. No complaints.

Cenang Beach is 10 minutes away. The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The pool was well tended and welcome on a hot day. The breakfast was a bit limited in options but it was made on order which was a nice change from the usual buffet breakfasts. The location was an easy walk to the beach and approximately a 1 km walk to the centre of town. The supermarket and laundry across the street was very handy. For further distances, Grab taxis are very inexpensive.

The hotel is clean and spacious. We were served with some complimentary tea time snacks. The manager is also very friendly and talks to everyone to ensure that we are having a great time. I left my bag at the rebak island and only realised when I reached chenang port. I was on my way to airport and the manager and receptionist at rebak Island couldn't help me. A very kind, proactive, resourceful lady, an employee of yours, went out of the way to somehow reach it to me to the airport. The receptionist or the manager at rebak Island couldn't help me. But she came up with a great solution and helped me out by getting the bag in the next boat and getting it delivered to the airport. Please look into this to reward her accordingly. Its small gestures like these that go a long way and make the whole experience so good. All the amenities were great, location was great,.service was great.

We stayed in the premier chalet on the water and it is worth every penny. The location is great. The hotel is 5 Star with great amenities. The food is great and make sure you sign in to your account to claim the 15% discount on the food. Also do the island hop with Jet Ski and had great fun.

Personally the location is fantastic for me… few mins walk to Tengah beach, couple mins bike ride to Cenang, some shops and restaurants within walking distance just enough to cover the basics, and the sound of the animals during the night (the frogs go nuts!) - overall, a fantastic place! Shout out to Fariha, Bella, Anis and NaDeela and Mama’ at the shop for making my stay so welcoming! They are very valuable assets to this property and will go out of their way to help you out :)
