Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious, cozy, and felt like home. The staff were so kind and helpful—I always had lots of questions, and they answered everything with a smile. Breakfast was very good, with so many tasty options to choose from. I stayed for five days as a solo traveler and felt completely safe and comfortable the whole time. I truly miss the place already and would love to come back again!

Beautiful location by the sea, amazing buffet style breakfast, friendly staff, clean room, tv with Netflix, close to a big mall and plenty of restaurants. Best location in Sandakan we believe! Would definitely recommend!

beautiful boutique hotel at a wonderful location right in front of the famous & happening Gaya Street! the staff is very friendly & helpful. check in & check out is a breeze. the room is huge with super comfortable bed, excellent wi-fi, aircon & rain shower. the bathroom is beautiful. it has elevator even though it's only 3 floors high (which is a welcome relief for me who had huge & many luggages 😁). the housekeeping is timely & spot on.

Lovely hotel in a great location on the promenade. Efforts are being made to develop it into a themed boutique hotel. Great staff who are willing to help
