Great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful, location is excellent and overall really enjoyed our visit. Our reservation didn’t include breakfast but on the first day we ate downstairs and it was excellent.

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. We had a studio on the 10th floor which had great views across the city. Our apartment was stylish, quiet, pristine and spacious with an open plan lounge/kitchen area, a well equipped bathroom (super shower) and airy bedroom with excellent air con.The reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Complimentary coffee was served in the lobby area…….Darrel and Alexander were great hosts! The hotel is opposite “The Spring” shopping mall and close to a variety of restaurants and cafes. We were there during Oktoberfest so the area outside “Spring” was buzzing and welcoming in the evenings, with live music and beer on tap! The cost of a “Grab” taxi (like an Uber) was around R8 (around £1.50 at time of writing) to the waterfront. There is a swimming pool and gym but we didn’t use them although the pool looked very inviting. We had originally planned to stay for 2 nights but extended it to 5 as the place worked for us.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They even booked a cab for my return and the early morning cab arrived with plenty of time to spare.

Such a comfortable bed, great size of room and shower good. Really nice local eateries very close by - didn’t mind the walk into town or even better hop on the free bus!

The LimeTree Hotel takes the environment seriously including water filling stations. The entranceway and lounge area are really welcoming with lots of places to sit. The breakfast is very good. My favorite was the fresh squeezed Lime Juice. Although there isn't an option for eggs to order, there are lots of choicez. We stayex in a larger Executive Suite and the room was large and with a big window and sitting area. I would definetely recommend this hotel.
