We were greeted by an automatic curtain opening show as soon as we open the door, and welcomed by very nice music and the TV page with my name on it. The toilet automatically opens when you are approach it. The electronics were definitely one of the best I've been. Very comfortable, and the resort is directly linked to the shopping mall and the Sunway Lagoon, so we can just go straight after breakfast. We got the top floor so the view was amazing! Breakfast was wonderful with an option of either an excellent buffet selection or Gordon Ramsey restaurant. Overall, it was amazing and would definitely go back.

The room was very spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure – a real plus! I also appreciated the complimentary water and Jus provided every day. The room was quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. The pool was a nice feature and perfectly sufficient for a city hotel. However, I did find the loud music a bit disturbing when the bar area opened. What really stood out to me was the location – absolutely fantastic! Almost everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. Overall, a great choice for anyone wanting comfort and an unbeatable central location. I'd definitely stay here again!

ABC Bistro Cafe serves up a variety of authentic Malaysian cuisine. We loved the location right next to KL train station and NU Sentral shopping mall. The room was clean and confortable. Very good value for money. +++ The staff is very friendly, helpful and assisted to our queries, for ex. shopping, places to eat at midnight, booking grab (taxi)
