Guests enjoy free WiFi. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was upgraded and we were offered free breakfast and early check-in our first day. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and the portions were very generous.

It offers free Wi-Fi and an off-site modern fitness centre. Beautiful hotel in a great location on high street. Staff were exceptionally friendly and we appreciated the free drink in the bar, which has lots of character. Room decor was beautiful and king bed was very comfortable.

The Great Ponsonby Arthotel is a charming 1890's heritage villa just 2 minutes stroll away from Ponsonby's vibrant centre. It offers rooms decorated with colours of the Pacific and traditional artworks. Free WiFi, parking and daily newspapers are provided. Amazing breakfast as always. This place is charming and quirky, and it's always such a lovely stay. My favourite place to stay when I visit Auckland.
