The Princes Gate is a historical, boutique-style hotel in the centre of Rotorua. This classical 4-star hotel is opposite the Polynesian Spa and the famous Government Gardens. The room was great for a solo leisure traveller and I love the location on the second floor. I didn't go to the breakfast so can't say anything about that. I particularly love the history, the colourful old world decor and charm, the lounge, and lovely staff - shout out to Kumar, a very sweet and helpful young man. I was happy to come back to this grand old dame, I am tired of soulless, bland, modern hotels. You have something special and I hope to be back in Rotorua again to stay there.

Sehr grosses Zimmer, sauber. Zimmer zum Innengarten, sehr ruhig. Fenster öffnenbar. Hotel hat Pool, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Frühstück ok. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Hotel hat gute Lage, mit vielen Parkplätzen.
