Kids have access to Ritz Kids, an engaging program for children of all ages to take part in various beach and outdoor adventures, including Al Bustan reef snorkeling, table tennis, beach soccer, or arts and crafts. The program also invites children to discover our destination with several activities designed to discover the local culture and traditions, such as a henna tutorial, Omani culture workshops, Arabian tales story-telling or a hotel tour to meet the palace’s famous coffee man. Loved everything. We have stayed here 2 times now and you cannot fault anything. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had anywhere, and the Spa retreat area is very special.

It is no exaggeration at all when I (and others on here) say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at (and I’ve had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels around the world). Absolutely everything was perfect. Every single member of staff (a mix of Omanis and international staff from so many countries) was beyond efficient and so friendly. I felt they took even extra care of me as I was staying alone (Shukran!) and their care and attention to detail was second to none! I didn’t meet the manager Mr Karim but would like to thank and congratulate him on running such an exceptional hotel. Among the many wonderful staff who all work so hard, special mentions to Suresh who checked me in in the early hours, Renuka who cleaned my room so meticulously, Schola the restaurant hostess who was very informative and gave me the best table for the Christmas Day brunch! Khine also a restaurant hostess who was lovely to chat too on my final evening and so helpful too and Kolthum who checked me out, such a lovely lady. El-Mostafa in the restaurant, Khalid who picked me up at the airport (plus the driver who took me back there), the restaurant staff in all the restaurants, the wonderful chefs and the beach attendants. The Chedi’s design is amazing. Beautiful grounds (they even have peacocks!), so tranquil, so clean, many dining options and wonderfully designed rooms. I can see why it’s a Leading Hotel of the World and has so many awards and accolades. Thank you Chedi Muscat for an unforgettable Christmas holiday!

The signature Sifawy Apartments, designed by Italian designer Elisabeta Freda are located adjacent to the Hotel and offer large outdoor spaces, including large roof terraces offerings beautiful vistas of the Hajjar mountains and Arabian Sea. Each Apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen. One of the best places where i have ever stayed. Amazing. A true fairytale! Really Clean, great restaurant. Everything wonderful.
