Hotel Los Tambos Boutique is an elegant hotel in Arequipa, a city constructed entirely from white volcanic rock. It offers a rooftop terrace with views of Misti Volcano and adventure sports excursions. This hotel feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect (right next to Plaza de Armas), staff is extremely attentive and friendly, the room is very comfortable and clean and when you wake up a delicious breakfast is waiting for you (with different options to choose from). I would definitely book again if I ever return to Arequipa.

Guests can relax in the garden or in the central courtyard with a stone fountain. Wi-Fi is free. Very beautiful building and style. The room was great, the common areas and the breakfast area was beautiful. Breakfast was nice, with great fruit juices. Staff were kind and helpful.

Set in a charming colonial-style building with Spanish galleries, Majestad Boutique Hotel offers nicely decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi just 1 block from picturesque La Merced church. Arequipa's main square is 300 metres away. Great rooms and beautiful courtyard. Location was ideal being close to the main square but still quiet. Breakfast was good and the staff were attentive and kind.

At the Colca Lodge Spa & Hot Springs Guests can go on horse-riding trips across the Colca Valley or simply unwind on the spacious sun loungers by the garden. Basic internet satellite service is available at the front desk. We really enjoyed the hot springs and llama farm.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Miskiwasi Bed & Breakfast is located in Yanque, 8 km from Bus Station and 8.2 km from Chivay Arena. There is an on-site restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. We had a wonderful time here. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was comparable to some 5-star hotels we have stayed in, just without the bells and whistles. The portable heater worked well and kept us warm. The owners clearly take pride in what they do. They were always warm, polite, and welcoming, with a smile on their faces every time we saw them. The hotel restaurant was excellent, tasty meals at a good price. No need to eat anywhere else. It is also in a great location, only a few minutes' walk to the town centre. Would happily stay again. A solid 10 out of 10 from us!

Rooms feature a warm décor with a mix of wood and Peruvian local textiles and arts. All provide stunning views of the valley. The private bathrooms have a bath and a shower. Room service is also available. Great stay at Killawasi, very comfortable and clean. Jose was always helpful. A lovely place to switch off for a few days.

Located in the traditional neighbourhood of Yanahuara in Arequipa, Posada Nueva España offers accommodation in a colonial house from 1810, only a 5-minute walk from the city centre on a traditional and very quiet street. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Large historic family compound with 15 - 20 en suite rooms. A 10 to 15 minute walk to the historic sites. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff with Antonio in the lead are excellent.
