Helped to arrange tours and made sure their stay was as comfortable as possible. Lovely room with peace and quiet the hotel despite looking over the main square. Mam loved the balcony and looking at the views. Overall, great service even leading up to the trip. Thank you!

Just in front of the train station and easy walk to old town Early check in was accepted. This is most advantage point for me. Bathroom is probably remodeled recently, super clean. Apartments at Topolowa Residence - LoftAffair Collection feature a seating area and a flat-screen, satellite TV and a safe. Most feature a kitchenette. Featuring a bathrobe, bathrooms also come with a bath or a shower, free toiletries and towels. The rooms were clean, bathroom had a pleasant smell. The room sizes were big and the beds were king size. Beds were a little too soft for us, but we managed. The apartment had everything for a nice stay. A small kitchen and a refrigerator was also there. One great thing is that paid street parking just out side the main gate. We easily got the place to park and you can just buy it on the machine standing there (pay either by card or cash - PLN 6 per hour). The property also has its own provision of parking space but the price is same as the street parking outside. We were better off with hourly paid parking as we went out with the car. Location of the property is nice with just 2 km from the old town. Also, supermarket (carrefour) is just 100 metres away, which was quite handy in the mornings. One of the few properties in the areas with air conditioner and still withing budget.

Hotel Jan is situated in a 600 year old townhouse in the very centre of the Kraków Old Town, 100 metres from the Main Market Square. Staff is really friendly and helpful, my partner and I were very happy with our stay and would recommend to everyone.
