The breakfast was excellent! Ida is the best! She is friendly, polite and always smiling! It was pleasure to see her every morning and talk to her!

Holiday Inn Express Condado San Juan is located 5 minutes’ drive from San Juan City Centre and 6 km from Old San Juan Main Square. It features a swimming pool with a sun terrace and hot tub. Time of stay 25th September to 29th September, 2025. Location was perfect for the actives my Fiance and I had planned for this trip. Upon arrival our rooms were yet ready because we landed a bit earlier in the day, however the staff make us feel welcomed and taken care off especially giving us the option to stow away out luggage 🧳 my fiance n I decided to take a walk and venture a little 3 mins walk away from the hotel n have lunch and then take a walk to condado beach which is also very close to the property. We we came back to the hotel our room was ready. For the 5 days we stayed breakfast was served buffet style and every option was delicious 😋 and perfect to taste. Rooms were cleaned everyday : with the exception of the day of departure. Every single staff member was friendly, polite and just warm. Will I stay here again yes.!
