It features an outdoor pool and has sweeping views over the natural surroundings and the sea. The stay at A Serenada Enoturismo has been the highlight of our trip. The staff and facilities were wonderful and the wine and food was fantastic. I will recommend it to anyone coming to Portugal!

Accommodations at Governador are bright and come with views of the surrounding country landscape. Some units have a four-poster bed.

All meals are available upon request and a candlelight dinner can be served. The house was a beautiful old house. We loved the decoration. The public area was fantastic. The breakfast was very good. The attitude of the staff was very good. We ate once dinner which was very delicious.

The property has lake and pool views, and is 7.4 km from Roman City of Ammaia. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and parking on-site. The scenery from the shared balcony was truly breathtaking. There are a few restaurants in the village, but we heard they were fully booked, so we brought food from the town below just in case. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, with warm eggs, toasted bread, and his wife’s homemade jam — it was absolutely delicious.
