This country house features an outdoor swimming pool and is located a 5-minute drive from Tavira. Casa Branca is a 15-minute drive from the harbour connecting with Tavira Island and the beach. Free WiFi access is available. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Branca; the facilities are good, the staff is very nice and helpful, doing their best to make our stay comfortable. We liked the garden and the location, for us it was a big plus that it was outside of the city area as we wanted a more serene and green environment. If you don’t feel like driving for dinner, there is a decent restaurant 2 min. walking from the property. Tavira city center is at 5 min drive.

Each of the units is comfortably furnished and uniquely decorated. All come with satellite TV, safe, wardrobe, minibar, private bathroom and air conditioning. The private patio offers an ideal spot for relaxing in the shade with a tea or coffee. Fabolous hotel! Looks a like a small piece of oazis in the oceanic/rocky "desert". Rooms at Aqua Pedra Dos Bicos have a modern and functional outlook and all open out onto private balconies. There is a TV with cable channels and en suite bathrooms equipped with hairdryer. Free WiFi is provided. The building doesn't look so exceptional from outside but the interior is built with good taste and very modern. The nice little beach is within walking distance. May be in summer the nearby restaurants are crowded with noisy tourists but during the low season I can only recommend this hotel. Great breakfast ! Free parking.

The Hotel Marina Rio is situated a 10-minute walk from the city centre of Lagos with its cosy boutiques and eateries. The Palmares and Boavista golf courses are a 10-minute drive away. The location by the marina and the resulting view from the balcony was exceptional. The hotel is also very convenient for the train and it is an easy walk to nearby beaches

Traditional Portuguese tiles and paintings decorate each room. All rooms have satellite TV and some also have a seating area. Welcome bottle of wine, very welcoming staff upon check in, showed us to our room, showed us places and restaurants on the map, restaurant 2 doors up amazing, room size generous, very comfortable, could get tv channels in English at night, loved the pool area, staff found it no problem to give us extra towels. Absolutely one of the best buffet breakfasts we have ever had. We had an early checkout and they organised a lunch package for us drink, sandwich, sweet, very much appreciated. Great that there were no kids. Hope when we come back to Lagos we can stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel it was a pleasurable stay, could have stayed longer if we could but we were heading to Spain.

Nice quiet location, friendly staff and wonderful accommodation. I highly recommend for couples or families looking for somewhere away from the busy areas. Bonus was a delicious bottle of sparkling wine from the hotel. It made the welcome and my first time in Portugal that much more special.

Quinta dos Perfumes is an 88-acre country house located a 2-minute drive from Conceição and a 5-minute drive from the seaside village of Cabanas de Tavira. It features orange groves and a salt-water outdoor pool. The entire experience was very good. The pool, the grounds, the breakfast, the room; all perfect.
