We were welcomed with fresh squeezed orange juice and chocolate cake from the most delightful host after a long day of bike riding. We were close to the beach and an array of restaurants, which was perfect for our tired biking legs.

The dinner was a great value and the chef was very talented. Breakfast was equally as nice. The guestroom was a nice size with a private outdoor set up.

We enjoyed the quiet, intimate restaurant, and the staff were consistently helpful with recommendations for exploring Sagres. Thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates, cozy robes and slippers, and a well-curated shop added to the experience. And we loved seeing the friendly resident cat outside the lobby each time we came and went.
