Delfim Douro Hotel was in one word Fantastic, even with a minor incident, what the staff directly and very professional corrected. The moment you walk in, the staff is there. With all the friendly help and the pre-checking was quickly. Everything was in my eyes perfect. We loved also that the hotel helped employees with a handicap, to see the Hotel is not afraid to have employee in a in the wheelchair, who solved our little problem with all the professionalism you can get. The restaurant was great, good food for a decent price, good variety wine and loved the desert, Florest chocolate, you have to try it. :-)

The building and all of its areas were fully refurbished in 2018. Each room features stylish décor with wooden parquet floors, white painted walls and large French-style doors which open out to views of the city. There is a seating area with a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom decorated with mosaic tiles and free toiletries. the room was huge, comfy bed, beautiful view, incredibly quiet for its central location the room has everything you need the breakfast is such great quality!!! we were impressed! everything was great but what really made an impression was Vania, she was super kind since the booking through our stay. she recommended local places, anticipated any possible need a guest could have. thank you so much!!!!
