The brightly coloured rooms are decorated with art-works and murals. Each features a flat-screen TV, minibar, telephone and an ultra-modern private bathroom. Staff were brilliant and always so kind and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Tea and coffee facility in the room was great. Location was superb close to beach and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and all the local neighbours going about their Day to day business. Surrounded by lush gardens only 200 metres from the Alcobaça Monastery, this elegant boutique hotel is situated in a historic mansion. It features a Spa and Wellness Centre and free Wi-Fi in public areas. This may have been one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Beautiful house. Beautiful room and very comfortable bed. And the breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruit, eggs, pastries and fresh juice.

All the thematic rooms are inspired by the region and have a large balcony and nice views to the surrouding área. Villas in turn are a new tipology (inaugurated in 2023) specially designed for families and long turn stays. Villas are pet friendly and have a terrace with a relaxing area. Breakfast was really good, indoor swimming pool very nice and decent size and temperature and super nice schedules of closing and opening specially for parents with kids, that want to try enjoy it after bedtime.

Located within the walls of Óbidos, this boutique hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony overlooking the castle walls. It has a regional restaurant and a terrace bar. Guests are offered a Ginginha de Óbidos welcome drink upon arrival, served in the bar or in their room. Extremely helpful staff, from the reception, the manager and two very kind ladies in the breakfast area (Carla and Yeliam) and staff that helped us with the luggage. They made our stay very special. The hotel is perfectly located within the city walls. The room was cosy and breakfast delicious.
