I ordered Collection Club Lifestyle King room and I asked for a bathtub. I got the room on the 15-th floor. The room was very nice and clean and it has a bathtub! As a Collection Club member I had access to the Lounge. The lounge open in the morning for breakfast, between 15:00 - 17:00 for the afternoon tea and between 18:00 - 20:00 for the evening cocktail. I was surprised by the variety of the small sandwiches, cakes, cookies, berries and beverages. All of them were very delicious! The Lounge are on the 16-th floor, it has perfect view on the city! The very beautiful live orchid was on every table. In the same floor as the Lounge there is a beautiful garden. A wide choice of Japanese foods was during the evening cocktail, small cakes, fruits and berries and of course the cocktails! In the room there is a beautiful panel to control the inside climate and lights. On the 5-th floor there is a pool and a gym. The service includes daily room cleaning, towels replacement, filling of amenities, tea bags and coffee capsules. There is a tap of the filtered drinking water in the sink. I want to thank the lounge team: Dona, Ana, Jetrix, Leslie and all others that I don’t know their names. Especially I would like to thank the chef Sylvia who made my stay at the hotel incredibly delicious! At check out the receptionist told me that the deposit of 500 S$ will be returned after validation that nothing was broken or spoiled during 5-7 work days. I asked to order me a taxi to the airport and the taxi arrived after a few minutes.

Buffet breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of foods to choose from. Always immaculate and staff were very attentive and efficient.

The staff is great, very helpful. They upgraded my room and the room looking to the Marina bay from level 24 have a fantastic view! Room service is excellent, you do not see them but they clean up always. They have free parking also which is good in Singapore.

Everything! Perfect place, perfect people, amazing view from the room, super comfort room with perfect cleanness! Amazing amazing amazing 10/10 well deserved!!! You will not make mistake by choosing this place. For sure, with my next visit to Singapore, I know where I will stay!

Everything about this hotel is stunning. The staff could not have been more accommodating and kind: check-in included a room upgrade; an umbrella was quietly provided to me as I was unwittingly about to step out into a Singapore downpour; staff at breakfast were present and discreet. Special mention to Chelsea who is a credit to a hotel where everyone is a credit to it. Thank you.

I liked the swimming pool. It was great fir my kids.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds comfortable. Suitable for longer stay as well as there is fully equiped kitchen. Nice view from the roof pool. Small tasty cake as a birthday surprise from the hotel was the unexpected bonus. I can only recommend
