We stayed for 3 days and it was a great experience.Everything was great,all the employees were very friendly,The breakfast was great!! it was my husbands birthday and they made a nice surprise they even sent champagne to our room. All staff was amazing, handled our requests with ease. Hotel is spacious as well as room. Pool is 34 Celsius degrees, which was nice for our kid, could be bigger in size though. NY caffee is unique experience, superb looking and muscians are amazing. Food is ok, more variaty in breakfast would be nice.

The breakfast is really delicious. Proper coffee and really nice tea selection. The room is comfy and clean. The hotel staff is simply amazing. The housekeeping team is quite good and helpful.
