Customer experience is perfect from A to Z. My young kid received several time some gifts! The staff is so kind, from the reception, to the Rotunda bar to the swimming pool. It was already our second time. We'll be back for sure. Besides everything, the food was delicious!

Banyan Tree hospitality and attention to details to guests!! We were out quite late for most nights, and when we returned, the room is smells soothing, lights are dim, the hotel slippers is by the bed, including the feet towel.
