Location was perfect. The hotel was not looking to any road. We could see a swimming pool from our balcony. It took us 3-5 minutes walking to the beach. We had to cross the road and a nice park zone to reach the beach. The hotel was close to the city centre. It was about 5 minutes walking to restaurants and shops. Also this hotel was close to the mountain with an ancient castle on top of it. Funicular was only 3 minutes walking. Port area and the foot of the mountain were at 15-20 minutes walking distance. City theatre and archeological museum were at the next corner of the street.
The hotel itself was very cozy. The room was clean and tidy. Furniture was good and clean. Bed was good and comfortable. Even pillows were good. There was a comfortable multifunctional sofa in the sitting area. The kitchen area was equipped with all necessary things.
Staff at the reception was mega friendly and helpful. It is pleasure to thank Mr. Alperen, Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Sadik for excellent service and friendly atmosphere during our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is a 5 minute walk from the beach. Loads of supermarkts nearby. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Alanya center is a 10 minute walk.

Excellent hotel, which I highly recommend! This was my 3rd stay and I’m sure, not the last one :-) I like their food, customer service, how clean and comfortable the hotel is. The location is great too- the beach is just across the road, shops( Migros big store including) and restaurants too, and it’s only 10 minutes away from the city centre of Alanya (bus stop is nearby). Most of the guests are from Europe. There are also two German Shepherds dogs- they are amazing and very friendly! Had a really pleasant stay again- thank you very much for everything!
Special thanks to lovely Olga on the reception- you are the best! Also the Spa manager Mirza is very good and balinese girls who will give you the best massages ever! And of course the Chef- for delicious meals every day! Thanks to the guys at the bar for lovely coffee and drinks. All the staff deserves a praise there, to be honest- great team, well done! Hope to see you all very soon! :-)

Our holiday in Utopia was great. The food varied each day, the sea was warm and clean. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, and the territory is covered by pine and palm trees. At night, you can also enjoy the lights of Alanya. We were a family of varying ages, and everyone found plenty to do.

Very nice designed, small and peaceful hotel. Perfect shadowy green area with beautiful plants and trees, thick grass and fine sunbeds. Location directly at the sea, you can have dinner looking at the small beach. The personnel is very helpful. Fine cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel, especially when comparing with the noisy and crowded surrounding hotels.

Great hotel and great location, very close to Cleopatra beach, you had to walk around 5 minutes to get there. Regarding the parking, if you come by car, you can park it in front of the hotel. The design of the hotel was gorgeous, the rooms were very beautiful and tasteful. Wifi worked very good. The staff was very nice, especially the kitchen/restaurant staff, it was a pleasure to meet them. By the way, they had a restaurant with tasty food, such as pizza, doner, pasta etc. and the prices were very good too. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The property is located in a very quiet area away from traffic and busy restaurants. The building is designed in a way which create a private space and safe area for kids. They can do their own stuff without parents worrying they might leave the building. The landscaping is beautiful and very clean. The park located at the back of the hotel is also great and kids can spent a lot of time there.
