I like overall atmosphere starting from the lobby, cleanliness of all areas, all types of consumables in the room. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, good choice of food, pastries, sweets, etc. Prepared in front of you eggs are adding some home atmosphere to your breakfast.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Everything was beyond expectations – from the clean, spacious, and welcoming rooms to the extremely kind staff, always attentive to every detail. Beautiful hotel. Very quiet. Friendly and helpful staff from reception to bell-boys to cleaners, they all have a smile and greeting though most don't speak English. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Reception (Ms Cigdem) helped us arrange for tours in Bursa and the Uludag mountains with a good company that really took care of us.

Amazing hotel with very oriental, very traditional textures. Our room was huge and the hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were even late to breakfast and they still sorted us out. Recommended!
