We experienced a problem before check-in that was not related to this hotel, and we were met with quick and friendly help and a smile. Breakfast was served individually at the table, and what a breakfast it was! There were endless dishes of a traditional Turkish breakfast, plus eggs of your choice, fruits, and pastries.

We opted to visit Sagalassos on short notice but had I been aware of this wonderful hotel, I would have built more of my trip around it. We spent 1 night and would have been happy to spend three nights as it is so restful and in such a spectacular setting. The ancient city of Sagalassos is a very short drive and worth an extended visit that ataying in the area allows. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the room very comfortable, and the meals delicious.

There is a rooftop terrace that few access, that has a wonderful array of cushions and seats to chill out at night and stare at a star-studded sky with only the sound of chirping crickets for company. A truly special place, as much by its location as by its staff.

Mare Nostrum exceeded our expectations, it was exactly as described- a wonderful, well kitted out, central apartment. Excellent location, right in the centre of town, close to atms, grocery stores, the bust stop etc. The hosts were attentive, welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. We managed to lock ourselves out of our apartment and the staff had it sorted within an hour - and handled it so graciously!! The apartment had everything we needed and more - well designed rooms with Aircon, even a dishwasher in the kitchen! Would highly recommend as an accommodation option!
