I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Lviv Casino & Spa! Everything exceeded my expectations — from the welcoming and attentive staff to the elegant room and the outstanding breakfast (seriously, it’s a real highlight! The SPA area deserves a special mention. I had a massage session with Natalia — she is not only a highly skilled professional but also a great listener with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. I left feeling completely relaxed and uplifted. Highly recommend her if you’re visiting the SPA!

It was our 4th stay in the hotel, because it is such a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they were helping with translations and taxis. The breakfast has everything you need. The rooms are very spacious with a nice bathroom. During this times I want to add- there is a shelter in the hotel. Thank you very much for another nice time at the hotel, we will come back.

The location of the hotel, midway between the station and the city centre, is good. Staff were excellent and incredibly helpful - the receptionist was especially outstanding. My room was comfortable. There was a very good attached restaurant.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I could check in with no problem at all at a super early morning (basically, in the middle of the night), was suggested a free very late check out and got accommodated for some of my ongoing needs not only efficiently, but the staff actually thought for me in advance. In addition to that, the hotel is very cozy and stylish, has its spirit, calm, clean, located in the heart of the old town, it’s really nice to walk around.

Really great place for our family meeting between Germany and Eastern Ukraine. Very supporting staff and every request was easily met -- a breath of fresh air after traveling mostly in Western Europe in recent years.
