The room was beautiful, the staff were lovely and kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice and Rick's Cafe being open all day for drinks and snacks was wonderful. This is an historic building surrounded by many ugly modern buildings. It is an amazing haven of peace and tranquility in a noisy, loud city.

The attention to detail was exceptional & the team displayed outstanding customer service. The best example of this was on arrival by taxi, my card was rejected for payment & I didn't have sufficient cash. Doorman Jacob suddenly appeared & paid with his own money to settle the fair. Just incredible!
