It was in a very nice neighbourhood with lovely restaurants and a perfect location for exploring the city. The room had a great view, a wonderful shower and a large comfortable bed. The rooftop was the icing on the cake, the view you had over New York was amazing! And if you get some things to eat from the delicious Italian deli on the corner, a cold drink and that view……heaven! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, you feel right at home. Downstairs you could grab a coffee or tea for in your room or to take away and a croissant every morning was a very nice bonus. We would highly recommend it to everyone who is going to New York and wants to enjoy the city in a friendly atmosphere, we just loved it!

The folks working at this hotel absolutely make it, they’re all so warm and welcoming, and willing to help with anything you need! The hotel itself is just unique and a cool space, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

De locatie was super, direct aan het park En de metro was nog geen 50m lopen. Hotel is super netjes en de kamer erg groot voor Newyork zijn begrippen.

Location and room size 38 m2 were what we had in mind while we booked this hotel. We had room cleaning everyday. Very clean always. I was a bit worried it does not require a room card to use the elevator, we felt safe when we observed the lobby, no strange types hanging around. Manhattan is very expensive than we had expected, so it is very good there is Subway, Mac donald and Panda express at the corner, 4 of us could eat one meal around 20 dollars instead of 160 dollars. The small kitchen works well with making a simple sandwich, cornflake breakfast and cupnudler.

The hotel is outstanding — perfectly located on Broadway, surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, with both Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s very close by, as well as a nearby subway station. The property is extremely comfortable, clean, and safe, and the staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. My room exceeded all expectations, with an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Really quaint hotel which was spotless. Fantastic staff who were friendly and attentive. Location right next to Times Square but minimal noise. Definitely worth booking.

Location was spot on.. small walk to Times Square.. staff were pleasant and amazing.. we got a free upgrade which was with a balcony.. rooms were super clean.. rooftop terrace was really nice.. lot of options for food nearby as well.. highly recommended

Lovely personal touch offering water and baked cookies in the evening! We requested a baby bath for our 4 month old and the concierge sorted us out straight away - very baby friendly! We loved the bar lounge and staff so much, our favourite evening spot!
