The room was large, with a lovely bathroom and it came with nice comfy robes. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially the cleaning lady. They brought milk and cookies to our room in the evening which I loved! The breakfast was very good even if you have to choose what you want the night before. They will deliver it to your room at no extra charge and they were on time each day. Fabulous hotel at an amazing price and it is right near all the tourist areas of the falls but not too close 😁

Breakfast was hot and delicious in a clean crowded dining room. Wi-fi was good. Parking was secure, but narrow spot between other vehicles. The scenic view from the 19th floor was amazing. The architecture of this beautiful designed precursor to the Empire State Building was awesome. A very well maintained common areas was inviting.

The space was very comfortable and cozy. Loved the way it was designed and the bed was a perfect size The price is unbeatable and it isn't too far from downtown Niagara if you have a vehicle. It is also in a safe area.

Room was very big with some really outdated stuff but the whole room look okay. We loved the huge windows with ther view. We did not have problem getting the elevator as they are on card only so kids cannot play there. We loved the design of the lobby.
