I managed to book a twin room by mistake and only realised at check-in, but Mr. Dong was great about it and upgraded it to the family room. The team at reception are full of positivity and were more than helpful to exchange currency, provide recommendations for restaurants and bars. The lady at check out was amazing, booking a Grab for me, applying a discount through the app (that I could never have done as it was in Vietnamese!), and called the driver to arrange the pick-up location. The spa was also great. Overall, first-class service all round and cannot recommend highly enough!
