Personnel - very polite and willing to help stuff all across the hotel (waiters, cleaning service, reception etc). We asked for the power adapter and was given one quickly. Food - we had breakfast and dinner package, it was really really good. Many dishes from different cuisines, exotic fruits, pastries were good etc. I experienced before in other hotels that you can have a lot of dishes and all of them could be average taste. On the opposite here, dishes selection was not that huge, but almost everything we tried was very tasty. Location - close to UAE presidential palace, 1 small grocery shop nearby and 1 shopping center within 10-15 mins walk with pharmacy, french cafe and large frech grocery store with good fresh fruits selection. All other tourist attraction can be reached by taxi. Beach - private beach on the hotel territory, clean, 100% sand with no stones, calm water with no waves. Sunbeds are a bit too close to each other, other than that it is perfect. Hotel room - clean, large room for 2 adults, comfortable beds, properly working air conditioner, good sound isolation (haven’t heard any noise from neighboring rooms), bath robes and sleepers. Hotel itself is not new, though very well maintained.

We highly recommend this hotel for the following reasons: - Nice room size with all necessary amenities available in the room, also with nice views of the city and the water. - We appreciated the Butler service and found the housekeeping very diligent and polite. - Food & Beverage services in the hotel are great; we mostly enjoyed Villa Toscana, the room service and the amazing breakfast. Special thanks to Alejandra, the Toscana hostess, who was always smiling and accommodating. All staff was very tentative and friendly. - Convenient location due to the small mall & cinema in the building, good restaurant options around the hotel, but mostly due to the private beach and pool access. It does take a brief walk to get there (the hotel does offer another pool and nice outdoors bar by the spa and the gym), which we did not mind that at all; especially since we enjoyed the pool & beach service so much. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. - Our special thanks go to the front desk for allowing an extended late check-out due to a health issue that came up during our last night. It would have been a very difficult day and way back home if it weren't for your understanding... A big thank you!

Love the location near great restaurants and a luxurious shopping centre. The hotel lobby welcomes you warmly with a great design. Staff are amazing and the bedrooms are the most comfortable. I love relaxing on the pool deck and being looked after by the staff at Eclipse.

Kindly appreciate your service and positive professional attitude. Only 1 comment which the hotel might enhance is to clean more often the windows as it’s a bit dusty, with this beautiful view it’s a bit sad. Thank you
