Staff and service have exceeded any potential expectations. The level of attention is beyond what I have ever experienced. The hotel is gorgeous, the interior is a miracle. The beach is beautiful and it is extremely comfortable, you have service of great food and drinks with the click of a button and within a minute. The 'underground' to the beach is full marble with amazing smell and it is a pleasure to walk. This is a big advantage vs other similar 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi and we looked into quite a few ones. The butler service is phenomenal, and everyone is extremely kind, and genuinely kind. You get some gift surprise almost every day, a fruit plate, a chocolate plate... All foods have been exceptional. Location is perfect. Really, hard to describe, it's been so spectacular, we can't wait to return, we definitely have been convinced. Thank you St Regis for the unforgettable week

I loved everything about the hotel and certain staff who attended to us made everything memorable. Friendly and very helpful staff from the moment I landed to check out. Shout out to the staff who made my stay a memorable one - Joseph (who greeted me upon my arrival with a huge genuine smile), Myria who helped with my check in and showed me to my room even a short history about the hotel, Sechin and Palel the two men who took turns guarding the entrance of the wing I stayed in with my boss. They both greeted us in the morning with smiles on their faces and small geninue greetings and chats when we head out and come back in. To the staff who cleaned our room everyday, thank you so much. Thank you all for your excellent service. Stayed for 7 nights and had a marvelous time there.

It was a return trip after >20 years. Our Club suite was excellent and the catering in the Club Room provided daily by Chanaka and Dinuja was first class. We had breakfast outside every day and the staff, especially the manager, were very supportive. Thanks to the pool staff [muscle man 1 and 2] for all their hard work at the pool and the beach - very clean and tidy. And to you the Nepali doorman at the pool entrance [and gym early morning] working 12 hour/day - thankyou - always a smiling face. Thanks to Priti in the Gym/Tennis for sorting out the tennis and presenting me with a Le Meriden Shirt [assisted by Zizel on the front desk and her Hotel Manager]. In 20 years the hotel has been upgraded and the rooms are modern and well prepared. Housekeeping was great. The old green pastures and soft landscaping of The Village are gone which is a shame. The AquaSpa is no more and has been replaced with a non-friendly [and contracted out] massage facilities. A great place to stay and relax for a week or so, close to downtown and right in the middle of Abu Dhabi in the Tourist Club Area. There are still some old historical photos in the foyer from way back -- the late HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and VIPs -a nice touch.
