I stayed for one night due to a long layover. This is a separate room with a private bathroom, although I was lucky to have the whole apartment to myself as the host (who lives in another room) was absent for a night. A convenient location close to the airport and a very reasonable price which is rare for Abu-Dhabi. A friendly and attentive host who shared all necessary information via WhatsApp. Stunning view from a balcony. Great territory with a coffee shop, cafes, a swimming pool, and a private beach area (the water didn't seem to be very clean, but you can enjoy the chairs and the view). There's a Carrefour nearby.

It’s furnished beautifully and is a really spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need too. The host was really friendly and communicated really well as well as replied promptly to messages. The location for us was perfect as we were there to attend an event at the Etihad Arena and it’s walking distance from it and the YAS circuit etc too. Overall it was a great experience.

Awesome villa! Khalid and the staff were super kind, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. We had a one-night stay, and it was truly the most amazing experience — we wish we could have stayed longer! The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding and spending quality time with family or friends. The community was friendly and cozy, and we felt very safe and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location is also perfect — close to Yas Mall, Yas Marina, theme parks, and other entertainment and recreational facilities on Yas Island, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring. What an incredible find! This luxury apartment was perfect for our group of four. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and the check-in was seamless. We loved the amazing facilities, especially the private beach, gym, and sauna. The location is truly the best part – you can easily walk to Yas Marina Circuit, Ferrari World, and Etihad Arena. With a supermarket and cafe downstairs, everything you need is right at your doorstep. Highly, highly recommend for a fantastic stay in Abu Dhabi!
