The Room Service and House keeping was amazing. We liked the fancy style of the Hotel, Perfect Location. For Walkers easy to walk town (Dubai mal etc.) down and the Subway red line is in walking distance as well. We loved the Pool Area with Salt water and Great view. The Hotel is highly recommended. Special Thank you to Mr. Shazan Hussain from Housekeeping, he made our stay Perfect.

The reception people were extremely helpful and kind. They allowed me to check in in the morning (before the scheduled 3pm check in) as the room was ready. They were also very flexible with the check out time.

Perfect staff everywhere in the hotel. We really enjoyed the meals at Grace, as well as in Chival. The room was very spacious and well laid out. Rooftop pool is just fantastic!

The staff were exceptionally helpful at all hours of the day, no request was out of bounds. I arrived late and could check in as soon as I arrived. The facilities were brilliant. The breakfast buffet was completely worth it and one of the best I’d ever had! I’ll be back again
