Very well organised luxury hotel with exceptional guest service. We enjoyed the delicious, varied food buffets both for breakfast and for dinner. The hotel also offers spacious, very well maintained family suites, a scenic rooftop pool, a sauna and a gym. It is easy to reach Dubai's attractions from the hotel. I would like to highlight that Safeed and the concierge team were wonderful in helping us throughout our stay. Also people in the restaurant were extremely friendly.

We arrived at Vincitore Benessere (Arjan) just before sunset and the place matched the photos: a real lagoon-view balcony, a spotless 1BR, comfy bed and Cozy room, well-set kitchen. Reception check-in took under 5 minutes and the smart code door was effortless. Quiet nights, fast Wi-Fi, and free covered parking made it easy to settle in. The building’s pool, gym and sauna were a nice bonus, and being 5–7 minutes from Miracle Garden with quick E311 access helped for getting around. We’d booked one night but ended up staying three.
A quick note on the host : was genuinely helpful and responsive throughout. We’d happily come back for a longer break.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality by Mr. Essam & Mr. Amr at the front desk & that made us feel truly valued. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay a remarkable experience. Specially the assigned dedicated villa butler Mr. Mohamed Haddad. The attention to detail in the luxurious rooms and the impeccable amenities provided showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The pool area was an oasis of calm, with comfortable loungers and attentive poolside service that made unwinding an absolute delight. The chef sent us a cake for our friend who we were celebrating the stay for and it was amazing, we couldn't stop eating it. It's rare to find a hotel that excels in every aspect of service, comfort, and facilities, but this establishment effortlessly achieves that feat. They have mastered the art of hospitality, creating an environment where guests feel not only welcomed but cherished. Our time here was an unforgettable experience, and we eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relish in their exceptional service once again.
