What sets it apart St. Regis from any other hotel is the staff. They are well-trained to show passion and are determined to impress residents with their professionalism. For example, when they offered me a welcome drink during check-in, I inquired about its caffeine content. They informed me it was caffeine-free and even remembered my preference the next day during breakfast, offering me decaffeinated coffee without me having to ask. The receptionist had noted my preference during check-in, and the breakfast staff ensured to accommodate it. Additionally, when the breakfast receptionist showed me to my table in the beautiful and spacious breakfast room, I mentioned it was my preferred spot. The next day, the breakfast receptionist had my 'perfect table' reserved for me. During check-out, they even waived the breakfast charges. Furthermore, they offer a WhatsApp butler service for easy communication. These instances are just a few examples of the exceptional service provided by the staff at St. Regis. Unfortunately, I didn't write down all the staff names who impressed me to include them in the compliments. Additionally, I'll certainly consider returning during business trips and colder months, as the lack of a beach may not suit my preferences for leisure travel.

This property is just amazing. You couldn’t fault anything. Would be very suitable for guests with a disability or food allergies. Everywhere was accessible for wheel chairs and we were always asked in every restaurant about any allergies. Great facilities for kids also and amazing food.

We came for our honey moon in that beautiful hotel and it was breathtaking how many attentions they had for us.
