Very pleasant, helpful staff. Special thanks to Nikolos at the reception. Very beautiful, modern interior in the hotel, bed linen is changed daily and the room is cleaned, a gorgeous view from the room. Unbeatable location, 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and clean towels. Thanks to the hotel for providing a free shuttle service to attractions and beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sitara. From the first moment we stepped in we felt at home. All the staff are professional and friendly at the same time. Kindness and availability from all the guys at the reception, restaurant and pool area. The cleaning staff did a great job, the room was always cleaned perfectly. The apartment is spacious and there's everything you need. We spent almost three weeks and we never lacked for anything. A special thanks to the owner Gabriella always available, kind and professional with all the customers. Her constant presence makes all this possible. We'll
