Room is excellent. Beautiful. Breakfast was very good with so many different choices. The concierge was excellent. We left our camera in an Uber and the concierge was so helpful in getting back our camera. I wish I could remember his name so that he gets the credit for all his help.

The room was perfect, modern and with a beautiful view. The staff were always very nice, helpful and polite.
The breakfast has some amazing options like avocado toast and eggs Benedict that are fresh made at the moment your order them, quality coffee and food made my stay exceptional as my friend had his B-Day and they helped me with a surprise for him.
After we moved to the Rixos hotel, supposed to be premium, but I can tell you that I prefer 100% to stay at Embassy suites by Hilton as the service was 200% better than the Rixos.
Last but not least, the diffusers they have are amazing, what a nice aroma you have when entering the hotel!
I will definitely come back to stay with you next time we visit Dubai!
