Location, Breakfast and Comfortable Bed!! Too Pricy for the area but you can see and feel the attention to details reflected on the elevated Indian elements throughout the hotel. We were welcomed with a neckless and scents.. so lovely!!! The staff is definitely the core of their business. Pio would always have the kindest smile every single day recommending places to go and also assisted with our laundry. My special thanks to ALL the staff that is part of the breakfast. What a show!!! Delicious and super well organized, planned, unbelievable menu with extra tea, coffee, eggs and Indian choices apart from the buffet. The lady by entrance of the restaurant keeps it flowing really well besides the busy hour. One day there was a young couple sitting in front of us with one baby (not three or seven! ONE) and the mother had no clue on what or how to feed her. She would stop each one of the staff for help and in the end she called the chef complaining. I was shocked! They literally brought her everything she asked for, and also tried to entertain the kid. Impressive!!! Outstanding services really. Pure kindness with all the rush on their regular activities. We were also greated with a cute card for good wishes for our aniversary and trip home. Fantastic!!!!

The property was central to the supermarket and metro station. We got a fantastic room with a fantastic view. Sumitra checked us in and gave us an amazing room. She was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning was great. Thankyou to Shekar and his team for an excellent service. The concierges were all so lovely. Always greeted us and helped us with our bags, etc(all of them were fantastic - sorry we can’t remember their names). Thankyou for an amazing stay!

Staying at the Embassy Suites was definitely a good decision. Our rooms had a view of the Burj Khalifa and that view was amazing ! The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. Moreover, there was an "evening reception" with local snacks and drinks — a nice event for the end of the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. My personal thanks to Babas from the desk !
